An amazing place! We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful location, free use of snorkelling equipment, and daily events. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
All good.

The resort is easily accessible and provides a shuttle service to and from town. The rooms are decent, but basic - some with an OK view. The rooms are fitted with nice bathroom facilities and have access to a nice pool and beach area.
The service staff is disorganized and food is overpriced.

Great location with easy access to the town and beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The happy hours were good value for money. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Tables were left uncleared for hours, and staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The rooms were old and outdated, and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The rooms were clean and the common areas were well-maintained. The staff at the restaurant, bar, and reception were always polite. Best of all, the entertainment was interactive and engaging.
The staff were often unfriendly or outright rude. Service was slow, and quality of the food was inconsistent.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even delivered chocolates to our room and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. The check-in process was smooth and we were greeted with a lei and a refreshing glass of bubbly lemonade. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful pools and surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the fiafia night, which was a fantastic cultural experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of variety and a chef cooking fresh omelets to order. The location was also stunning, with breathtaking views.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at a resort in Samoa and had an amazing time. The lobby was open and airy, with friendly reception staff welcoming us warmly. Our Oceanview Room had a large balcony and a comfortable king size bed. The breakfast selection was comprehensive and delicious, with a dedicated egg station for made-to-order omelettes. The staff recognized us when we returned and even upgraded our room. We had a delightful dinner in the bar, which was served quickly and at a reasonable price. The highlight was the exceptional service from the Reception staff when our early morning transfer didn't show up. They quickly arranged an alternative shuttle and ensured we made it to the airport on time. The only downside was the loud live music on Tuesday and Friday nights, but the staff was accommodating when we requested a room further from the bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly great stay in Samoa.
